The bathroom had issues, with the shower not working properly and the toilet filter not functioning. Despite the positives, the personnel at the reception were unhelpful when I raised my concerns. I faced problems with the room keys, and the gym wasn't available even though it was advertised. The atmosphere was often noisy, particularly due to loud parties near my room, which made it difficult to relax. It feels like the hotel could use urgent maintenance as many fixtures seemed outdated and poorly maintained.

I previously stayed in hermosillo and this time was even better. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant had great food. My experience at santiago plaza exceeded my expectations during my two nights here.

The hotel boasts an impressively modern design, featuring a large shower with great water pressure and comfortable, nicely furnished rooms. The staff was polite and efficient during the check-in process. However, I found the AC a bit too direct at times, which affected my comfort.

The Executive Double or Twin Room was comfy enough, with comfortable beds that helped me sleep well. The location was really close to the airport, which was super convenient. However, the furniture was kinda outdated, and I noticed some issues like paint flaking off the walls. It could definitely use some sprucing up, but the restaurant buffet was a nice perk!

The place is super close to downtown, which is awesome for exploring. Had some issues with the bathroom, like a tricky shower and the sink draining slow. The bar had good drinks and a chill vibe though, which helped. Just wish the place was a bit more updated.
